  1.     This window allows the setting of various city parameters.  These parameters will be saved both with the map and the scenario.

  3.     City Name - To change a name of the city, select the old city name, then type in the new name.

  5.     Production Efficiency - The production efficiency may be set anywhere from 0% (i.e. no production) to 250%.  One may use the scroll bar or type in the desired value in the text box.  Note that production efficiency is used only in the Advanced Game.

  7.     Production Specialization - The unit type in which the city will specialize is set with this popup menu.  Production specialization is used only in the Advanced Game.
